Jimmy Masters is an accomplished, highly regarded bassist who has worked with many jazz greats.

His resume includes time spent with Chuck Mangione, John Toomey, Ken Peplowski, Kurt Elling, Bob Mintzer, Mark Murphy, Glenn Wilson and Clark Terry. In addition to jazz, he performs in folk and world music ensembles. He has produced several recordings and is co-owner of the VSOJAZ record label, a label devoted to the vocal side of jazz.
